Easy “Hello Spring” Mod Podge Decor (Using What I Already Had 🌸)

Sometimes the best projects are the ones you don’t overthink.

I wasn’t planning anything complicated—I just wanted to use what I already had and make something pretty for spring. And honestly, this turned into one of those simple but satisfying crafts that anyone can do.

If you have a few empty bottles and some scrap paper, you can make this too!

🌷 Repurposed Glass Bottle Vases

For this project, I started with three empty glass bottles I had saved.

Instead of buying anything new, I used:

Scrap paper in pinks and turquoise blues Floral prints I already had A simple “Hello Spring” printable

What I Did

I tore the paper into random pieces (nothing perfect here!) and started layering it onto the bottles using Mod Podge.

I love this method because:

It’s super forgiving You don’t need perfect cuts It creates a really fun, textured look

🌸 Adding the Details

Once the base layer was done, I focused on making each bottle feel a little special.

The center bottle got a “Hello Spring” sign on the front I cut out individual flowers from my floral prints (just by hand) Then I layered those flowers around the sign and scattered a few around the bottles

For the two side bottles, I added a little extra detail:

A pink diamond-style accent on the front of each one

It just gave them a bit more personality without making them too busy.

🎀 Finishing Touches

To pull everything together, I:

Hot glued a soft pink ribbon around the top of each bottle Added some pretty flowers inside

And that was it!

They turned out bright, cheerful, and perfect for spring decorating.

🌼 Super Simple Spring Wood Sign

This might have been the easiest project ever—but it’s so cute.

I had a small wooden block sitting around, so I:

Printed a floral “Hello Spring” design (with blossom details) Used Mod Podge to attach it to the front

Done.

That’s it. No extra steps.

And honestly? It looks adorable styled next to the bottles.

💕 Why I Loved This Project

This was one of those crafts that reminded me:

You don’t need fancy supplies You don’t need a big plan You can create something beautiful with what you already have

It was quick, low-stress, and just fun—which is exactly what crafting should be.

🌸 Final Thoughts

If you’re wanting to add a little spring decor to your home without spending much (or anything at all), this is such a great project to try.
